Server log files

When you open this website, the hosting provider automatically collects data your browser transmits: the page requested, date and time, volume of data transferred, browser type and operating system, referrer URL and IP address. Fonts

The typefaces used are served from our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other third-party provider.

Maps (OpenStreetMap)

We embed a map on the home page and in the magazine. The Leaflet map software is hosted on our own server. The map tiles, however, are loaded from servers of the OpenStreetMap Foundation (St John's Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WS, United Kingdom) when the map is displayed. Your IP address is transmitted to the OpenStreetMap Foundation in the process.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in presenting the location of the house and its surroundings clearly (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). OpenStreetMap does not set cookies to deliver the tiles. Booking via Italian Experience

The rental is not handled on this website. The booking links lead to the website of the agency Italian Experience. Once you follow such a link, the agency's privacy policy applies; we have no influence over the processing that takes place there. No personal data is transmitted to the agency from here: the link contains only the property number and the language.

Getting in touch

If you write to us by email or via the WhatsApp link, we process your details in order to handle the enquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. If you use WhatsApp, the privacy terms of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. additionally apply.

Retention
