Welcome

Bella Vista means “beautiful view”. The name chose itself.

Welcome to Casa Bellavista. The name is inspired by the scenery that surrounds our villa: the wide view across the rolling hills of Le Marche, with the Adriatic coast just a short drive away.

Casa Bellavista is a spacious and welcoming Italian house where memories are made. Nestled between the sea and the countryside, it is the right place to relax, to spend time with family and friends, and to experience the real Italian way of life.

Whether it's a family holiday, a getaway with friends, a week on the bike or simply days full of sunshine: start the morning with a coffee overlooking the countryside and end the evening dining under the stars by the pool.

Garden with cypress trees and a view over the valley

Yoga & small retreats

A quiet setting, plenty of outdoor space, a large kitchen for cooking together and room for groups of up to twelve, ideal in spring and autumn.

Travelling with a dog

Extensive grounds, farm tracks starting at the door and no neighbours to mind the barking. Dogs are welcome here.

The area

Twenty minutes to the sea. Not one to the nearest neighbour.

Casa Bellavista sits near Ostra, inland in the province of Ancona. Around the house: fields, olive groves and hills that turn golden in June. Farm tracks start at the door and run for hours without meeting a soul.

And yet everything is close. Senigallia, with its wide sandy beach and old town, is a good twenty minutes away. In between lie hill towns, wineries, weekly markets and trattorias where nobody has ever needed an English menu.
