Large families & groups of friends
Four bedrooms, one long table, one pool: the rare holiday house where everyone can be together without getting in each other's way.
Ostra · Le Marche · Italy
A generous villa between the rolling hills of Le Marche and the Adriatic coast. Private pool, olive grove, room for twelve and days when time finally slows down again.
Welcome
Welcome to Casa Bellavista. The name is inspired by the scenery that surrounds our villa: the wide view across the rolling hills of Le Marche, with the Adriatic coast just a short drive away.
Casa Bellavista is a spacious and welcoming Italian house where memories are made. Nestled between the sea and the countryside, it is the right place to relax, to spend time with family and friends, and to experience the real Italian way of life.
Whether it's a family holiday, a getaway with friends, a week on the bike or simply days full of sunshine: start the morning with a coffee overlooking the countryside and end the evening dining under the stars by the pool.

The grounds are large and quiet. Your dog is welcome to come along. Just let us know when you book.
1,500 m² of grounds with around 19 olive trees, fruit trees, cypresses and shaded corners for hot afternoons.
Large country kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi, fireplace and a dining table that genuinely seats all twelve.
The rooms

The spacious living room is the heart of the house, a place to settle in, relax and enjoy time together. Traditional wooden beams, warm terracotta floors and an open fireplace give the room its welcoming atmosphere.
In summer, the large windows let a gentle breeze flow through the room, while direct access to the terrace invites you to take life outdoors. On cooler days, the fireplace brings warmth and makes the living room the perfect place for a cosy evening.
On the second floor, our library has a comfortable reading corner where you can linger. Browse the bookshelves and choose something to read in the library, the living room, on the terrace or in your own favourite spot.

A proper country kitchen with generous worktops, made for people who cook together. The dining table next door seats twelve, and the terrace door stays open all summer.

Four bedrooms spread across the first floor: bright, quiet and looking out over the fields. Three rooms for adults, one with bunk beds for up to four children. Two bathrooms plus an additional guest toilet.

Outside is where the holiday actually happens. The pool opens onto the landscape, the paved terrace has room for long evenings, and there is always a shaded spot somewhere among the olive trees.
Who it's for
Room for twelve doesn't mean there have to be twelve of you. Casa Bellavista works just as well for a couple without ever feeling empty.

The area
Casa Bellavista sits near Ostra, inland in the province of Ancona. Around the house: fields, olive groves and hills that turn golden in June. Farm tracks start at the door and run for hours without meeting a soul.
And yet everything is close. Senigallia, with its wide sandy beach and old town, is a good twenty minutes away. In between lie hill towns, wineries, weekly markets and trattorias where nobody has ever needed an English menu.
All distances are approximate driving distances.
